Welcome to GovLinked, a service provided by GovLinked Pty Ltd ("GovLinked", "we", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of our online and/or mobile services, including the GovLinked website, mobile applications, and other software provided in connection with our services, the content we publish, and any travel-related products or services obtained through our platforms (collectively, the "Service").
This is Our Contract

Additionally, by using the Service, you consent to us using electronic communications (including email, phone, chat) to interact with you and to share your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You assume the risks associated with transmitting data over the internet or telecommunications networks.
When you use our Service, you are establishing a direct customer relationship with us in connection with your use of any of our products sold directly through the GovLinked Service.

GovLinked's Rights
We retain all rights in our software, content, and branding. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or otherwise use our intellectual property without permission.

By submitting data to GovLinked, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to process and use that data for the purpose of delivering our Service, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Feedback
You agree that any suggestions or feedback provided become the sole property of GovLinked, without obligation to you.
Service Modifications
We may modify or discontinue any part of our Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any resulting impact on you.
Third Parties
We may use third-party services (e.g., payment processors, travel inventory providers). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
User Content and Prohibited Uses

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of our Service constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
